In consideration of being allowed to enter the play area and/or participate in any play and/or party at The Nest Play Café Ormskirk, you acknowledge, appreciate, and agrees to the following conditions:
you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child/children in your booking or you have obtained permission from the parent/legal guardian of the child/children named in your booking to agree to the terms and conditions on their behalf. you agree that you and the child/children named in your booking shall comply with all stated terms, conditions, rules, and verbal instructions as conditions for participation in attending The Nest Play Café Ormskirk and you understand that you are responsible for your child’s supervision, safety and behaviour at all times at each visit.
you are aware that there may be risks associated with participation in The Nest Play Café Ormskirk open play and parties and on behalf of yourself and the child/children named in your booking, confirm that you knowingly and assume that all such risk, both known and unknown, including those that may arise out of the negligence of other participants release and hold harmless with no accountability The Nest Play Café Ormskirk and the companies employees against any claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of participating in any open play activities or party at The Nest Play Café Ormskirk.
PLAY AREA RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Adults should supervise their child(ren) all the time.
- Socks only after entering our space, shoes will be left in a designated storage area.
- Be mindful when playing with our toys, if broken The Nest Play Café Ormskirk can charge for replacements.
- Food and drinks should stay at the table.
- Food and drinks should be purchased from inside only, no external food or drink should be brought in. We cater for all allergens.
- Please mind your personal belongings. The Nest Play Café Ormskirk will not be liable to any injury, loss and damage to personal belongings.
- Guests who have missed or not shown for their booking will not be refunded or re-scheduled.
- Guests behaving poorly and not abiding by the rules shall be asked to leave.
9. No prams/buggies to be brought inside, we have a pram shelter outside our building where they should be left at their own risk. The Nest Play Café Ormskirk can take no responsibility for any damage or loss. We have the area covered in CCTV for added security.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
- You are aware that you are ultimately in charge of getting your child/children and yourself out of the premises in the event of a fire, and you have to familiarize yourself with the fire exits before your session starts.
- You acknowledge that, as the adult making the reservation, you are in charge of the attendees’ health and safety, including any allergies, prescriptions, and play equipment risk assessments.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- Complete refund or re-schedule in the event that your reservation is cancelled by The Nest Play Café Ormskirk for any reason.
- Complete refund or re-schedule provided you offer at least 24 hours’ notice before cancelling.
CCTV:
- CCTV is used at The Nest Play Café Ormskirk to protect both customers and employees. You give permission for photos of you and the children in your care to be taken and saved electronically when you visit The Nest Play Café Ormskirk. We won’t share these photos with the public, but the Nest Play Café Ormskirk may use them for security or training purposes. If necessary, the Nest Play Café Ormskirk will provide copies of CCTV footage to law enforcement if requested for any reason.
